Return & Exchange Policy


1. No Cancellation

Once an order is placed, no cancellations or exchanges are accepted for any reason


2. Product Variations

Returns for color variations are not accepted. Please note the following regarding colors:

• A 5–10% color difference may be present between the product image and the actual product
• Colors may appear darker or lighter depending on your mobile/screen resolution and display settings
• Different devices render colors differently — what appears on one screen may vary on another
For handloom sarees, the following are inherent characteristics of the craft and are not considered damages or defects:
• Thread knots
• Small bumps
• Extra zari or threads
• Weaving gaps
• Weaving irregularities
• Irregular color dye in pallu or body
These are natural qualities of authentic handloom weaving and reflect the handcrafted nature of the product. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on these grounds.


3. Unboxing Video & Damage Claims

A continuous unboxing video from sealed parcel to final product is mandatory for any complaint. In case of damage, WhatsApp your order number, name and video to +91 8838367340. We will respond in 1–2 business days. Shipping charges for damaged products will be fully borne by us.


4. Return Condition

Approved returns must be unused, in original condition and folded as received.


5. Change of Mind Returns

Returns due to personal dislike or change of mind are accepted under the following conditions. The refund will be processed after deducting ₹150 order processing fee and the original shipping cost paid. Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product in its original unused condition.

6. Shipping

We Dispatch the orders within 24 hrs, tracking will be shared within 48 hrs. South India delivery takes 2–7 business days. North India delivery takes 5–10 business days. Shipping cost varies by location and weight.
